The Director of Programming and Production is responsible for networking with artists/performers, labels, management teams/tour managers to book performances for the Kalamazoo State Theatre as well as coordinating the advance of the show through managing artist contracts, riders, sound, lights, stagehands, team communications, and other aspects for day of show production. Facilities Service Technician – Grand Rapids

The Hinman Company, a locally-owned and leading company in the commercial real estate industry in Southwest Michigan, is currently seeking a Facilities Service Technician to join our service department in the Grand Rapids Region. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for maintaining these commercial properties, focused on an excellent tenant experience and superior maintenance of the properties. The Service Technician will be a part of the service team to complete the maintenance, preventative maintenance and service request assignments for all properties in the portfolio. The position is full-time with a competitive salary based on experience and education, excellent benefits and 401(k).
