Commercial Leasing Agent – Grand Rapids

We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent for our office in Grand Rapids, MI. The Hinman Company has multiple office locations throughout southwest Michigan, Indiana and Illinois, consisting of several divisions, commercial, residential and hospitality. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for creating and maintaining superior relationships with all staff and existing tenants, to ensure satisfaction with our properties and service. The Leasing Agent will lease commercial office space to prospective tenants, focus on the retention of current tenants, assist with marketing properties, show spaces, prepare lease analysis, draft new leases, renewals and amendments, and be enthusiastic about networking to expand current relationships and cultivate new ones in the brokerage and real estate community. Commercial Facilities Service Technician – Kalamazoo

We are currently seeking a Facilities Service Technician to join our service department in the Kalamazoo Region. Will assist with the lease administration, reviewing tenant accounts, and the daily activities of the community. Must have the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the prospect, including after-hours appointments, tours and move-ins. Director of Programming & Production – Kalamazoo State Theatre

The Hinman Company, a locally-owned and leading company in the commercial real estate industry in Southwest Michigan, through its Hospitality affiliate Mardi Gras Enterprises, Inc., is currently seeking a Director of Programming & Production for the Kalamazoo State Theatre in Downtown Kalamazoo, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for networking with artists/performers, labels, management teams/tour managers to book performances for the State Theatre as well as coordinating the advance of the show through managing artist contracts, riders, sound, lights, stagehands, team communications, and other aspects for day of show production.
