Property Manager

Brittaney is responsible for client relations, apartment leasing, lease administration, vendor relations and contract management, budgets, and management of property operations and policies and procedures, for the Skyrise Luxury Apartments and the Skyrise Elderly Apartments. The Skyrise Building is located in downtown Kalamazoo.

Bryan supervises a staff of Service Technicians responsible for a portfolio of office properties and retail centers in the Kalamazoo area. He also coordinates work by contractors and vendors for the portfolio, and manages capital repair projects.

Catherine (Cat) Darrow

Architectural Designer

Cat is responsible for space planning, 2D/3D drafting, conceptual design, and construction cost estimate support for the entire Hinman portfolio.

Service Technician

Charles is responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds for a portfolio of Class A commercial office space and retail properties in the Kalamazoo area.

Dave manages a team of Service Managers and Building Superintendents that are responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs and the service request process. He manages the capital repair projects for the portfolio. He also works with our Design, Construction and Leasing team on new initiatives.

Eric is responsible for client relations, lease administration, vendor relations and contract management, budgets, management of property operations and policies and procedures, for a portfolio of office properties in the Grand Rapids area.
