Cecilia is responsible for all ticketed show set ups and analysis of ticket sales for the Kalamazoo State Theatre. She is also responsible for parking administration and other administrative tasks as assigned. She oversees a team of box office assistants to ensure patrons are able to purchase tickets (and pick up at will call on show nights) to provide a wonderful customer experience at the Theatre.
