SOUTH BEND, IN – The Hinman Company is pleased to announce that locally based Gibson has located their new headquarters in the Key Bank Building, located at 202 South Michigan Street in South Bend, IN. Founded in 1933, Gibson is a regional insurance broker, risk management services firm and HR platform provider. “We are proud to have a successful, growing company such as Gibson choose to retain their headquarters in Downtown South Bend and locate it in this prominent building”, said Roger Hinman.
Acquired in 2000 by Roger Hinman, Hinman has made a significant amount of improvements over the years at 202 South Michigan Street. The 124,000 SF, multi-tenant, Class A office building consists of 14 stories, located at the southwest corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Doctor M.L.K. Jr Boulevard. As of August 19th, Gibson began occupying the top four floors of the building, giving them additional space to continue to expand into as their business grows and they hire additional employees.
