Hinman Company Wins “2013 Project of the Year” from Commercial Alliance of Realtors West Michigan

Project Overview:
Michigan was competing with several other states to secure 500 new jobs from a major international company. Near the end of the process, Michigan had all but lost the opportunity. Hinman flew out west to meet with company executives and brought them back to West Michigan to show them how all their objectives could be met. Lease execution, incentive procurement, land acquisition, construction, and occupancy all in less than 100 days from the date of that critical meeting. This was a herculean team effort and great example of positive public/private partnerships. Another 500 job win for Pure Michigan!
