THE HINMAN COMPANY ANNOUNCES NEW TENANT, SPENDMEND, FOR CASCADE OFFICE PARK AT 2680 HORIZON DRIVE SE IN GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The Hinman Company is pleased to announce that locally based SpendMend has become a new tenant at Cascade Office Park, located at 2680 Horizon Drive SE in Grand Rapids, MI. SpendMend is a leading provider of spend visibility and audit recovery services to the healthcare industry. “Having a successful, growing company like SpendMend choose to locate here is proof of our continuous investment at Cascade Office Park”, said Roger Hinman.
Acquired in 2010 by Roger Hinman, Hinman has made a significant amount of improvements and added new tenancies at Cascade Office Park. The 180,000 SF multi-tenant office park, consists of six buildings, located at the northwest intersection of I-96 and 28th Street. SpendMend will occupy an entire 31,000 SF building, allowing them additional space to continue to expand into as their business grows and they hire additional employees. “Hinman partnered with us to structure a long-term lease that was in line with our growth objectives to meet our current and future space needs. Cascade Office Park was very attractive to us as it had the parking availability we needed for our employees and is very close to many restaurants, retail shops and hotels”, said Roger Meyer, SpendMend CFO.
